We appreciate that you chose Best Buy to purchase an E-gift card through. Obviously, we would love to fill every order that our customers make, but sometimes were not able to do so.
As SPOPATT mentioned, if you order was cancelled, then we normally wouldn’t charge you for it. The only thing on your bank account should be an authorization that typically drops off within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. You can find more information on Order Cancellations here.
