Dispute Team for PAYPAL REFUND***

I waited 1 hour and 21 minutes to be informed that only the DISPUTE team could assist me. Then I was informed that I could NOT have the contact information or be forwarded to the DISPUTE team because I have to wait 7-10 days first.

Please make me understand this??? If one team is unable to assist me and refers to another team that can, why do I have to wait 7-10 days...when know one can answer my question at the first team?

Thank you for posting about your questions and concerns. Waiting for refund is never ideal, so I certainly understand your eagerness to have a final answer. 

 

While it's hard to say what specifically is happening in your situation without reviewing your account and order, I can say that PayPal refunds are typically processed within about a week, but the time for a customer to see the refund may vary depending on the payment method used. Take a look at PayPal's website here for more information about refunds. With that in mind, if a sufficient amount of time has not passed since a return was processed, teams may need a customer to wait for the normal processing timeframe before moving forward with other options.
