Disappointed

Ordered Nvidia android pro box ,was out of stock but full price taken from my card,2 days later and still no refund ,they sent me an ecertifcate for 25$ for my trouble and it doesn’t work. In short ,the worst online shopping experience I have ever had ,worst chat support who had no answers and no solutions and completely avoided my “where’s my money” question. Lesson learned ,don’t do business here ,very disappointing

Thank you very much for your fast and courteous answer , however at this point I’m resigned to the fact that I might get my 300$ back or I might not , and the 25$ gift is invalid anyway so I’m just going to let this all go and learn from it. Thank you so much again for your rapid response,
