Disappointed customer

Just want to vent because today I feel like dealing with chemo and radiation is easier than dealing with Best Buy. Finally ordered my new car stereo and scheduled by install. Realized I had duplicated the parts for the install. Called to have those duplicated items canceled. While I was on the call he cancelled the correct items. I woke up this morning to an email that showed my radio was canceled. So my install date was canceled. I have been waiting to be able to purchase and get an install date that would work for me. I just want a new car stereo and a install date that works for me. July 14 was a perfect day for me. Due to the mistake by customer service I no longer have my appointment. All I can do is reorder. It is just so frustrating and disappointing. I have been waiting for the right availability and i had finally found it.

When compared to chemo and radiation, we certainly prefer to win when it comes to experiences. Getting a new car radio installed should bring excitement to your day, and I appreciate you writing to us today to bring your experience to our attention. 


By now you've seen the work I've been doing on the back end, which is awesome. I am glad that we were able to bring this to a resolution for you and retain you as a customer. Ricky, the store manager, has assured me that they will be taking great care of you when you head in for your new appointment.
