I ordered a Nintendo e-gift card expecting it to arrive within minutes but never received it. I entered the correct email address and checked all my spam and junk and there's nothing. I talked to three representatives online, two of them asked me to confirm my email, said it was perfect, told me they would send the email, and immediately disconnected on me. I never received the "email".
