I am writing this here since I have tried to resolve this issue using Best Buy’s customer service with no resolution. I ordered a digital download of (avg ultimate unlimited on 7/3) from the Best Buy web site.
When I follow the instructions from my email, I login to my BestBuy account, go to digital library, I always receive the following error code after clicking the blue CONTINUE button:
“We’re sorry, something went wrong.
You can use our search bar or pick a category below. If you typed in a URL, check it for errors.”
I have tried numerous times to download with no success.
Going through some of the Best Buy blogs, I have found I have not been the only frustrated customer using your digital download web site. Please help.

We do have some common fixes for issues like this. Can you please confirm that you have tried the steps below?
1. Please make sure that you are not using any VPN or ad-blocker when accessing BestBuy.com
2. Please try clearing your cache and cookies from the browser you are currently using.
3. Please use a different browser or device to access your Digital Library.
If none of these steps work, please send us a Private Message including your order number, as well as your full name, email address, and phone number.
