I placed an order for a copy of Quicken Premier 2019 via a digital download earlier today. The order appears within my digital library but when I click the "Continue" button to presumably get to the download, another tab opens with an error "We're sorry, something went wrong". I just again just now and still the same issue. Can someone please dig into this a little further / will provide the order # via PM

Thanks for returning to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that you’re having issues with your download for Quicken.
Did you get an email with your activation key? If so you may be able to download the software directly from Quicken, here. You can then enter the key code to activate it.
If you don’t have that key code, please reach out to me through a private message by using the link in my signature. Please include your name, email address, phone number and order number.

Thanks for the quick reply. Link you provided works and appears that's probably the link that was intended within my digital library but ended up being a bad link instead. I was able to download the installer and the key code is present within the digital library. I think I should be good to go now but will follow-up if there's any further issues.
