I ordered Norton 360 Premier on 11/25 as a digital download.
The order is still listed as In Progress.
Can I get an update on this order status?

After waiting for 8 days for my digital order, calling the support line and finally waiting 20 hours for no support here, I have cancelled my order.
Is there no process in place to ensure that Digital orders are actually fulfilled?
Try to do better!
