I bought Digital Norton 360 internet security and each time I try to hit the Continue button to download, it takes me to a page that says Page Not Found, Something Went Wrong. I even tried in a different browser. I have been calling Best Buy support for two days - transferred to Home Theatre Entertainment, Billing, and various other wrong departments, hung up on twice, spent hours on hold. I tried the chat - totally unhelpful waste of time. I'm having the absolute worst Best Buy experience possible. Now I'm on hold with Norton for going on 20 minutes.
Would someone please help me use what I purcahsed?
