Usually you’ll receive an email indicating your content is available to you shortly after your initial order is placed, assuming there aren’t any issues with the method of payment, or the item isn’t a pre-order. If you’re still not seeing the code in your inbox, there’s a chance the email arrived within the spam or junk folder of your inbox. If the code has yet to arrive in your inbox or spam/junk folder, please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and order number, and I’ll be happy to explore other options to get your content to you.
