Digital Gift Card not Received

Hi there,


I purchased two Nintendo Shop Gift Cards (digital) last night. The gift cards I used to purchase the items were charged but I have not received the digital versions of the cards. The status is "Order Received" and when I look under the payment section, it shows the gift cards and has a status of "awaiting authorization." I'm disappointed because I could have gone to the store this morning for the Nintendo gift cards and received them faster. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thank you for registering with the forum! Purchasing digital gift cards is generally a great way to get gift cards, and fast! I understand that your Nintendo eShop cards weren't fulfilled as quickly as you expected, leaving you not only frustrated, but wondering what's going on. While typically digital orders are fulfilled pretty quickly, sometimes the processing time can take longer than expected, and hold up the fulfillment. I apologize for any concern that this may have caused.
