I ordered Norton Anti-Virus on 12/2/19 via their website to receive the product digitally, I received the link that the download was ready, when I clicked it I got a message that said "We're sorry, something went wrong". Something sure did go wrong!
I reached out to the Geek Squad and was transferred four different times with the last person telling me it was going to cost me $39.99 to resolve the problem! What kind of service is this that BestBuy offers? You order something from their website for a digital download, the download doesn't work and now they want to charge you to fix it.
I will NEVER, EVER do business with BestBuy again and I will tell all my friends and family about BestBuy's crappy service and customer service. I will submit a complaint with my credit card company regarding this too.
BUYER BEWARE when doing business with BestBuy.
