I purchased the HR Block software and got an email that the download was ready. Signed in and went to the digital download library. The software is there and is ready to download, but when I click the download button a new window opens with a message that says "not found". I have been trying for two days to get someone at Best Buy or HR Block to fix the error, but nothing has changed. I can't even return it, as digital content can't be returned, what do I do now?
