Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums.Keeping track of your finances is super important, and Quicken is a great way to do that. I'm sorry that download isn't working.
If the link to download the software isn't working, you should be able to get it directly from the vendor here. The activation key in your email or digital library should get it working.
