I purchased Corel WordPerfect® Office X9 yesterday, April 6, 2020.  When I click the download link in my Digital Library, I get a page that says - 

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #50.863a7c68.1586264053.c391d86"

I've called Best Buy support twice, but not getting anywhere.  Please help.

Sorry, I jumped the gun on posting ...
Just read the solution in another thread. I used my key code from the digital library and successfully downloaded my product on the Corel site, as another user suggested. Thanks! It worked.
