Digital Codes ordered Not working / error code

Hey I ordered 2 separate digital PlayStation card orders on june 6th, the first set of codes I was sent worked perfectly but the 2ND 2 codes that were emailed to me are not working. I've tried everything and entered the codes multiple times and they don't work at all. Is their anyway a representative could help me with this problem?

Regarding the second set of codes you’ve received, can you please share with us what error message you see when trying to redeem? Also, have you contacted PlayStation’s support for assistance and troubleshooting with redemption?
