I registered and returned the recalled air fryer in May following the instructions.
By Aug, I still have not received the credit.
On 8/8/22, I contacted the hotline 1-800-566-7498 listed on the recall website and updated my email address.
I was told it will be escalated to Best Buy for re-processing.
I have followed up with the hotline several times since then on 8/25, 9/21, and 10/5. Each time I was told that all they could do was to file another escaluation and they had not status. They said there is nothing they can help me.
I still have not received the refund/credit.
I am extremely disappointed because I had to return a recalled product and didn't receive the credit to buy a new one.
Can you please help to resolve the issue and issue the credit?

Why was this moved to the "BestBuy.com" section where all the other posts about not receiging credit for Insignia Air Fryer Recall were all in the folder "Other-Customer-Service-Support" where this was originally posted?
