I know that a free gift card with a purchase can be the thing that pushes you over the edge into making a purchase, so not getting one that you were expecting must be very disappointing. I’d like to take a look into your order so I can see if I can help you out at all.

I’ll need the order number, the date it was placed, and the phone number associated with the order. Please also give me the details of the gift card you were expecting. Was the promotion specific to the HTC Vive, and how much was the gift card supposed to be for?
