Let's look at this here. Your price match conforms with all the terms and conditions and it's not part of a special sale which can have exclusions from the price matching such as flash sales and so forth?

You are only allowed one price match per the Price Match Guarantee here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/best-buy-price-match-guarantee/pcmcat297300050000.c?id=pcmc...
So if you were matched to $2699 and now its $2599 you no longer qualify for a price match since you already got it.

I can take a closer look into this for you, hockeycanuckjc has linked the terms and condition so as you can see there could be a number of reasons for this happening. If the system doesn't recognize your 60 days with the Totaltech membership, then you won't be able to do a return either. So definitely something to look into.
