Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a confirmation email. Having recently experienced this when I ordered something online I know it can be a little annoying if not even a bit worrisome. I’ll do my best to provide some help in this situation.
While I’m not able to resend a confirmation email, we do have some additional options to look up that purchase. I would advise taking a look at our Knowledge Base Article on obtaining a receipt. This outlines a couple options depending on if you were logged into a My Best Buy account or checked out as a guest.
Furthermore, using the information you provided when you registered for the forums, I believe I was able to locate the order in question. At this point it has shipped and is expected to arrive November 9. I do have some additional information regarding this order that I am going to send you in a private message. This can be accessed by clicking the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
