Did not receive promotional gift card

I purchased a TV on 7/25 with a $60 promotional gift card. I can see the gift card on purchase reciept but it continues to ask that I confirm my email. I have clicked to resend email confirmation daily for 5 days and nothing appears in my email. I have checked every folder in my email and still nothing. 

 

Any help on how to receive the promotional e-gift card?

This is the first step that we would recommend to anyone looking for confirmation, verification and digital download emails. There are email providers that may sometimes auto-route/delete emails when filtering inbound messages making it difficult for emails to get through. Hotmail and MSN are examples of providers that often route emails in a way in which customers are unable to find it in their junk folders. A method that may help with this is to add bestbuyinfo@emailinfobestbuy.com to your contacts or safe senders list.
