Hi I did find my air fryer was received 8/11/22 in my junk folder. I clicked on the link, it said expired, but I took photos to prove I had received it and the order number. Good thing, because it erased itself from my email when I tried to go back to email a reply to Best Buy. How can you fix this, I think this is vey poor customer service.
