I have an ordered that I place on Saturday June 8th. It was suppose to have arrived yesterday however the tracking information has not updated since preshipping. Online chat last night said someone was to have contacted me today. Of course that did not happen. This was suppose to have been a gift for a birthday party tommorrow, which now I have to go out and buy a gift because Best Buy failed. I will never do bussiness with Best Buy again and I have been a customer for over 20 years. My question is how do I get this problem resolved? I am not paying for something I did not receive. Is there somone I can talk to that actually knows something about my package?
