Did not receive free promotional item with purchase

Hello! Today, on December 1st, 2020, I purchased an LG - 65" Class BX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (OLED65BXPUA) and picked it up at the Best Buy located at 2833 West Ridge RoadRochester, NY 14626. The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. According to the web page that I purchased the television with, I should have recieved a free pair of LG TONE Free HBS-FN6 True Wireless Earbud Headphones Black (Model: HBS-FN6) during pickup. I did not recieve this item. Is it too late to recieve this item?
