Did not receive free items with purchase

I purchased an LG - 65" Class - OLED - C9PUA Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR online.  It was supposed to come with 3 free items:

 

1. LG - XBOOM Go PK7 Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Black

2. Best Buy GC - $100 Promotional Best Buy E-Gift Card [E-mail delivery] [Digital]

3. Free Apple Music for 4 months (new subscribers only) [Digital]

 

I did not receive items 1 or 2.  The store where I picked up the TV did not have and of the speakers and told me to contact customer services.  They also said I would receive the $100 gift card via emai, which I have not.  I did get the apple music offer via email.

 

Please let me know how I will get items #1 and 2.
