Did not get my Infinity Saga Order

I was up at Midnight and ordered the Infinity Saga box set. I was one of the lucky ones so I thought. It was a ship to store purchase and I recieved a email after I orerdered letting me know it would be ready for pick up on 11/23. Well I waited all day on 11/23 and finally got a email saying Best buy needed a little more time. I called and they are out of inventory. The girl I spoke with guaranteed me I would get one when the new inventory arrived. I kept telling her there will be no more inventory arriving. Why didnt I get my order?!?!?!? Now these box sets are gone and they are not being released again. My order Order #

Welcome to our forums, and I'd be happy to offer some insight into pre-orders.


If we're waiting for inventory for your order, as we ship out orders in the order in which they were placed, we'll be sure to send it out as soon as we can. 


We do our best with every pre-order to ensure it’s delivered, or available for pickup, as close to release as possible by shipping it out at a level of service needed for it to arrive at your door on the release day. While we hit our mark the vast majority of the time, there can be logistics or supply issues outside of our control that may delay your order’s delivery.
