Did Something Recently Change with Rewards and Free Shipping?

 

I used to order anything on the site and get free shipping, now it's random.

Order a $20 card, free shipping!
Order a $35 Switch game, Paid Shipipng
Order a $39 Switch Game, Free shipping!

Order a $25 controller, Paid shipping!

 

So what's going on, for the longest time I've had just anything I order free shipping.

I don't have any special tier of membership just the regular My Best Buy rewards tier. But I noticed that some days certain products have free shipping and days later they go back to paid shipping. If you get the emails, you will notice the free shipping is most likely to happen during special flash sales they run and so forth. 

 

So I'm just as clueless right now Smiley Happy

Exactly!
It used to be after you got a certain tier it was all free shipping.. or so I thought.
I'm just confused too.
