Delivery issues

So I recently order the AirPod Pros on November 9th and the website said that they would be delivered Tuesday, November 12th. So, I checked the website today and It said that they were delivered at the front door. I then checked the front door and to my surprise, nothing was there. I then looked around my property and my mailbox to see if anything was there and still, nothing. I could really use some help because I didn’t pay $250 just for the AirPods to be lost.

Have you called Best Buy and the carrier right away to see what's going on?

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forum! I wish you were visiting us under better circumstances, but we'll be happy to look into this with you. 


The new AirPods Pro look pretty amazing and I can understand having them go missing like this would not be ideal. Have you been able to search the area around the front door as well and possibly located the package? If not, I'd like to review what may have happened, if you can send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and the order number.
