Welcome back to the forum and thanks for posting! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your item on time. Shipping delays are no fun and I’ll do my best to look into this for you.
Using the information you provided when you registered for the forums, I believe I was able to pull up the order in question. According to the tracking information, these items were delivered yesterday, October 28. I understand any frustration you have about not receiving this on release date and I wholeheartedly apologize for the delay as well as your experience with our customer service when you were trying to get answers.

Thanks for providing me this update and I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive the game. Just to confirm, are you missing both the game as well as the coin? It looks like they were being delivered in separate packages and per the FedEx notes possibly left at a leasing office. If you do not receive these items by October 31, can you please send me a private message with your email, full name, delivery address, and phone number? I’ll do everything I can to look into what options we have to rectify this.
