Delivery delayed.

I recently ordered a gaming laptop on the bestbuy website for it to be same day delivery on January 10, 2018. I waited about a several hours and no clue or anything just kept saying "preparing" I called bestbuy and they said delivery was cancelled.. so I get my refund for the same day delivery shipment which was fine, however they ask me if I want it to be re shipped to Saturday January 12. I said okay, that's totally fine. All of sudden I wake up and check my email today and I get saying my item has been delayed and could take up to February 10th to get here... I don't understand why what's going on with this shipping delay, and it first I have same day delivery then now this happens and I have a one month delay??

Well, I've called them repeatedly, same old content.. saying it's being prepared and awaiting carrier pickup, this is beyond my disappointment with bestbuy several calls in and the same old response, i still have the shipment delayed till February 10, 2019? How's that possible if it's in store I can just pickup from the store?? I wanna know what's going on
