Delivery charges

I paid extra to receive the laptop today but now it won’t be here until Tuesday. Says UPS is delayed. But from what I saw UPS did not even receive it until yesterday so of course it would be late. I could’ve paid less than the to receive it by 5/1 so why should I pay the extra. I’d like a refund for shipping.

Thank you!! I totally understand delays sometimes. But I paid the extra 30 something dollars so we would receive it that Friday and didn’t get it for 4 more days. If that was the case I could’ve had free shipping and got it on 1 May. If you understand what I’m saying. I don’t understand how I was supposed to get on Friday the 24th if UPS didn’t even receive the package from Best Buy until the 24th. So not sure where the delay occurred. But I don’t appreciate being charged extra money when it didn’t get there on time
