Delivery cancelled and refund not processed 2 months now

I purchased a dyson vacuum for same day delivery 12/06 then was told would take a week before they were sold out. Then about a month later said delivered but not received. It appeared states delivered by Best Buy but is delivered by a third party and that says cancelled. I called Best Buy they said delivered but after reviewing they agreed cancelled and I would get refund in a few days. Everytime I call I am told the same thing. I am a loyal Best Buy customer who has spent tens of thousands of dollars there and to not get a straight answer is infuriating. I really want my refund and this encounter has really soured me in a store that I thought was a cut above. I am a silver level member for years based on purchases and I expect a little quicker help then just wait another week or so.

Welcome to the forum!  Having an order appear as both "Delivered" and "Cancelled" would definitely be cause for confusion in my world.  I'm sorry to hear you've been going back and forth with us for almost two months to discuss your refund.

I have still not received my refund on Best Buy Certificates that I used
