How can I get someone to correct my address in the BB system? I have been waiting for a delivery and pickup of a damaged item since 11/6. I have been on the phone with BB on several occasions regarding this poor service to no avail. How far up the management chain must I go to have this issue resolved? It's been nearly 3 weeks. This is very unacceptable.
