Yesterday I ordered airpods with paid shipping to be delivered today, as I am going out of town for the next two weeks tomorrow morning. However, at midnight last night I received an email saying my order is delayed and may not get here until August 8th. Now, on the website with tracking information it says my order has shipped with UPS, and that more information will be available soon, but it has said that all day and I have yet to know more. I am also unable to cancel the order or change the delivery location because it has already shipped. Additionally because of the delay, there will be no one home to be able to pick up the package when it does eventually deliver so it may not even be there when I return home!

Also, I called and got my shopping number, but when I try to find it from UPS it says that it doesn’t exist, and I have yet to receive any email confirming it has shipped despite the best buy delivery info saying it has shipped this morning.
