Delivered to Wrong Address and No Customer Service Response

I have had an expensive laptop delivered to the wrong address in a completely different city. I have tried 2 times reaching out to customer service online and both times I get no response. I don't understand how I am not eligible for a refund!! Can someone please help?!?!
