Delivered the wrong item

Bestbuy delivered the wrong item and has made it my problem to solve. I paid for an LG sound bar to be delivered 12/2 but instead received a Sony. After being on hold for over an hour with customer service, it ultimately ended up with them basically telling me to take a hike. I’m responsible for mailing “Best” Buys mistake back to them, with literally zero responsibility taken on their end. And on top of it all, they won’t send the right package, the package I’ve already paid for, until they get their mistake back... Any comment here “BEST” Buy? Certainly didn’t get anywhere with your customer care representative... nice guy, just clearly limited by your customer care proticals. Must be great being a big box store. Customer care such as this or lack there of would run the little guys out of business real quick.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forum! While I wish you were reaching out to us under better circumstances, I appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your recent order experience. 

 

I know when I make a purchase like a new sound bar, there is careful thought put into just the one I want. I can see how getting the wrong one sent to you would not be a welcome scenario. I'd love to take a look into this further with you to see what may have happened and determine what options there may be at this time.
