Last Sat. I bought a PS4 and a pair of speakers on best buy, I chose same-day delivery so best buy used Deliv to deliver my package.
However, "delivery specialist" dropped off my package at a WRONG door. In fact I don't why he didn't dropped off package at front desk like other companies. Why I confirm that he delivered it to wrong address? Because I connected Deliv and they gave me the photo of the room where they dropped off package, and that was definitely NOT MY ROOM.
So now I lost my package, can somebody tell how to deal with this condition?
