Seriously,it takes a while to process and not give me any updates and remains on preparing and get's delayed a hour before the day it's due to arrive. I was hoping to give this as a gift the following day.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! I know firsthand how much of a letdown shipping delays can be. I imagine that's especially the case when you have a gift to give. I'm sorry.
You should be able to track the status via the link in the email or on BestBuy.com. However, if you'd like me to double-check the situation, I'd be happy to. I'd just ask that you send me a private message with your name, email, phone number, and order number.
