Delayed shipping--paid extra for next day

I ordered a laptop yesterday and paid the extra $30 for next day delivery. I have been sent an email that now my order is delayed and won't be here until Monday (which would've been the original delivery date with free shipping). I want to know if this will be refunded since the shipping is not what I paid for.
