Usually when I buy with Bestbuy they got no problem with purchases in store. This time I had to order online because my new place does not have convenient transportation. I ordered a MacBook pro 14 four days ago and said it will be delivered the next time, then it went on a vehicle for delivery since three days ago at a place 5 miles from my location. I have contacted the BestBuy agent and they assured me they would send me an update in 24 hours but that is not the case. Now the promotion is over and I am desperately needing a laptop for a replacement for school, very disappointed and hoping some mods can help me here. I have seen many forums regarding lost packages and my time spent waiting has been anxious. I don't know if I should order from bestbuy next time.
