Delayed order

I have made an order on 20 of January for a MacBook Air 256 gb from bestbuy and paid with giftcards and got a track and trace which is saying that ups didn’t received the package yet and got 3-4 fake promises from bestbuy customers services chat and everytime they are telling me to wait for 24 hours and when I check nothing happened Iam traveling outside the USA and need to cancel my order and get a refund or a solution as soon as possible
