Delayed order

<p>I ordered a new phone on may 18th 2021. I also paid the extra to get it to me as soon as possible. I broke the screen on my phone and I use it for work so I need the replacement. It has shown delayed shipment status for 10 days now. How long does it usually take to get off the delayed status&nbsp;</p>
