Delayed order from bestbuy

I ordered a pair of new apple air max headphones on April 5 21 and now I don't know if I should cancel the ordered, I waited 2 1/2 weeks now what's a good idea.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I’ve had my eye on picking up some Apple AirPods Max since they were released, so I can certainly understand wanting to get your order as soon as possible.

 

I’d like to take a closer look into your order to offer any additional assistance I can, but in order for me to do so, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

Yes I am sorry to say , ups picked up my order to me and it turned up missing on Tuesday, they can't find my package so I am very hurt and feel bad at what happened. I am very upset.

This certainly sounds like a disappointing experience thus far, and while I may not be able to undo the emotional toll it sounds like this experience has caused, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into your order and offer any additional assistance I can.
