I made my purchase September 5. The item was to be delivered September 7. It has been in delayed since September 7 and is apparently in a facility in another city after having left the original facility where the item came from. I’ve had absolutely no updates about the whereabouts of the item and I’m starting to wonder if it even exists. This is the last shipping update I have, received on September 7, the day the item was supposed to be delivered:
