I'm writing because i ordered a Nintendo Switch on 26/07/2019 online. The shipment of the package was scheduled for Monday July 29 but I received an email today at dawn that the shipment is delayed and that recently in AUGUST I can cancel it.
I need help since I can only receive it this week, at most on Saturday, as it is an international shipment and I have to return to my home country.
