Delayed delivery on an order from September 30th

I placed my order on September 30th 2019, it is now the 29th of October and I have yet to recieve my order. When I go online I see the product is available for delivery on the 7th of November if ordered today, but my delay message says that I won't get it till possibly the 20th and 21st of november and if it isn't delivered by then it will be canceled. I don't want my delivery canceled. I just want my order to come in. I don't understand how someone ordering today is promised an earlier delivery than the person who ordered last month. Can someone please help me with this?

I want to thank eveyone who helped resolve this issue and I want everyone that may open this post know, that I recieved above and beyond costumer service and support. I was given daily updates on the progress and recieved quick and kind replies for all of my inquiries. Truly amazing work. I have my order on it's way and I couldn't be more excited and thankful.
