I order an Iphone online on June 8 th with pick up in stoer on June12th. I drove 30 miles to the store to pick up the phone to be told it was not there ( No email or information from Best buys about the delay) Store state they could not help me because it was an on line order and to call customer support.
So i went out side and called customer support who put be on hold to call the store! And than told me the same information. She then told me it was in stock in the warehouse and I could have it delivered to my addres by the 18th of June. I thought thats not too bad and she also promised me a gift card for my trouble.
I awoke this morning to an email telling me that my shippment has been delayed and will not be arriving until July 1st ( did she lied?)
So i called customer support to see if I could pick the phoneup from a different store but nowhere has the blue on in stock. I asked can we change it to a black one bcause that is in stock to be told the only way to do that would be to cancel and the order and place a new order . The problem with that when the iphone was ordered you where offering a $150.00 credit to be taken off monthly . If I placed an new order that offer is no longer available .
The phone was ordered for my husband who travels for work and neeed a phone.
The staff in store and on the phone were very unhelpful.
