I ordered a 75 inch TV and scheduled it to be delivered on the 2nd so that its ready for the Super Bowl game but these guys delayed the delivery to 5th for some reason. I had some friends come over for the game and we all had to watch the game on a smaller TV spoiling the whole mood.
I thought let me call BestBuy support to know the reason for delay and if they can compensate me in some way for the delay. I was wrong to think that way - I have called 4 times with no result. Couple of times they have hung up and couple of times transferred to a useless number.
I think Amazon has spoiled us all to think other companies can do the same but definetely Best Buy is far way behind in customer service.

Welcome to our community. We do our best to respond to our customers' concerns as promptly as possible, but I do apologize for the delay in our reply.
Like you, I have the expectation that orders I place will be delivered in the expected time frame, especially if there's a big event approaching for when the item will be needed. With the big game happening only once a year, I certainly can understand the disappointment with not having your new TV in your home, set up, and ready to go.
I'd like to look into this for you, but will need some information to begin. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best to help:
