Delayed Shipping and Awful Service

I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Active watch yesterday (3/14) and was guaranteed delivery by today (3/14). However, now there is a Shipping Delay and it says that they hope to send it by April 12th. It is not right to guarantee that kind of delivery then say there is a delay. When I tried to cancel that order to pick one up in a store 35 miles AWAY from my city, it could not be done on my end. I called international customer support and told them my situation. The best "solution" to my issue was to spend $218 on ANOTHER watch and wait for the one I ordered to come in, then return the one I ordered to the closest store (again around 35 miles away) So grand total of around $450 with Geek Squad protection. I am not happy with the shipping issue and how this issue was "solved" by Best Buy's customer service.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.  An order delay is never an ideal experience, and I’m sorry to hear this has happened with your most recent order. 


As it sounds like you’re aware, we’ll be unable to cancel an order more than 30 minutes after the order is placed, as outlined in our Cancel Your Order Help Center article.  With that said, I anticipate we’ll be able to fulfill your order before the estimated delivery date of April 12, and I recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for updates regarding your order.
