I purchased a laptop online on 8/24 and it was set to arrive on 8/28, I've since been notified that my package has been delayed and may take up to a month to get to me. I would like to know exactly what is happening with my order and when I can expect it to arrive. I've started this semester's classes this past week and I need my laptop ASAP.

Problem resolved itself which is probably why no one helped me or the many other delayed shipment inquiries . My refurbrished laptop arrived this afternoon in excellent condition. Best Buy makes express shipping their standard but doesn't keep their promises. I'll continue to shop with you in store exclusively because of your reliable tech support in store. It shouldn't have to be a hassle for the consumer to see where their product is in shipment. After reading several reviews online it looks like this is the norm and corporate is to blame. Fix your online system and add active shipment reporting or lose to Amazon in online tech sales.
